We purchased an adjustable base for our bedroom, but regular queen size sheets would wrinkle up so badly under us when we would elevate the bed. Neither of us could tolerate that, so I bought the short queen sheets. Problem solved. As you can see, the sheets fit tightly and will not bunch up as badly as the regular size sheets.Sheets are comfortable, feel so cool, and actually, elegant.The fitted sheets are 5 inches shorter than regular fitted queen sheets, so the fit on the corners is very snug, but entirely workable.I ordered these sheets in Full XL for the bed in our camper trailer. They arrived nicely packaged. I was initially disappointed that the elastic around the edge is not as it appeared in the online photos. Based on the pictures, I expected tunneled elastic, fully encased in sheet fabric -- these are not that. Instead, the edges have a 1" wide elastic band stitched onto the underside edge of the sheet all the way around. Not crazy about that, but they seem to stay securely in place. Before washing them, I put them on the mattress to check the fit, and they were somewhat loose all around. After washing them, I put them back on the mattress and they had clearly shrunk some, but were still generously sized and now fit nicely, with almost 4" tuck-under all the way around. This is a 10" thick mattress with a 1/2" thick quilted pad on top.The fabric feels neither heavy nor lightweight, but medium to medium-light in weight. I washed them in room-temperature water and dried them in the dryer on medium heat. They were dry in 20-25 minutes and came out mildly wrinkled. The wrinkles smoothed out when I put them on the bed. They tend to feel more crisp than soft, which I actually prefer (I don't like limp sheets). I had doubts about the gathered corners, especially after I saw the thin strip of elastic holding them, but so far they fit the mattress well and stay on. For this price point, I wish they had tunneled elastic around the edges and full corners with seam binding -- those are quality features I normally look for. These sheets are a little differently made than expected but they seem to work well. Haven't slept on them yet but so far so good. Overall, these are nice sheets.Love everything about them, especially the $20 orice we got them for. Still will buy more sets at $99.Color looks good! Pretty much wrinkle free.These sheets fit nicely, with no gapping or sagging in the fitted sheet. I like the thick elastic bands on the fitted sheet. The set is not as soft as I was hoping for, but comfortable enough. They wash well and the navy blue color is deep and rich.These sheets are so easy to put on. The fitted sheet has a wide elastic band that slips on easily and stays on. I will buy nothing but this kind from now onComfy. Stay on wellSo happy with this purchase!
